...From the very beginning, Bob displayed a patient calmness while being very much in control. He presented a detailed marketing plan and went to work. The sale of my home progressed just as Bob laid out in the plan, and the result was a successful closing. Once we received the offer, Bob went to work getting in contact with the bank representative. He made sure the paperwork was submitted and verified the bank received the various packages during the entire process. There's a lot of paperwork that goes with a short sale and lots of coordination with the bank. I couldn't have done it without Bob, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results.
